1. Acceptance of terms

By using Repped, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, creators, and projects that use Repped.

2. What Repped is

Repped is a discovery platform that connects crypto content creators with projects. We facilitate introductions. We are not a party to any agreement between creators and projects, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any collaboration.

3. Creator listings

Creators may apply to be listed on Repped. We manually review all applications and reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to inaccurate information, misconduct, or changes in reputation.

By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you own or have the right to use any content you submit.

Listing on Repped is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers or features in the future with reasonable notice.

4. Project inquiries and payments

Projects may pay to send protected inquiries to creators. The fee covers platform facilitation and review of the inquiry before it reaches the creator. Payment does not guarantee a response from the creator.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once the inquiry has been reviewed and forwarded, unless there is a technical error on our end.

5. Prohibited behaviour

You may not use Repped to:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Spam or harass creators or projects
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees by contacting parties outside the platform after discovery here
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

6. Collaborations between creators and projects

Any collaboration, contract, or financial arrangement made between a creator and a project is solely between those parties. Repped is not responsible for any dispute, non-delivery, financial loss, or reputational damage arising from such arrangements. We strongly encourage both parties to conduct their own due diligence.

7. Ethos Network scores

Reputation scores shown on creator profiles are sourced from Ethos Network's public API. We do not control, guarantee, or influence these scores. They are provided as a signal only and should not be the sole basis for any decision.

8. Limitation of liability

Repped is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
